Australian National Botanic Gardens

The main mission of these Botanic Gardens is to preserver the Australian flora, there are thematic section for plants of each region as Eastern Australia and Alpine areas, the Herbarium is another important contribution inside the Botanic Gardens nut it's not open to public.


Telstra Tower

Is located above the Black Mountain, has 195 meters high and is a very visited atraction in Canberra, also has an excellent view of the city but more than that, it's a telecommunication tower. Was opened to public in May 1980, and you can have a meal inside there in the Telstra Restaurant.
